Admission Automation
Context: A mid-size university receives ~8,000 inquiries per year. The admissions team was overwhelmed by manual outreach, follow‑ups, document checks, and lead-classification. Large volumes also mean higher chances of errors and slip-ups.
Our AI Solution: A framework design of six interconnected workflows that agentically engage with each other, keeping human-in-the-loop, and cutting down inefficiencies from various steps in the admissions process.
Impact: Response time down from 36 hours to 15 mins, faculty and staff time slashed (>60%), human time reallocated to personal outreach & counseling
Mentor for Entrepreneurs
Context: An incubator engaged large numbers of women entrepreneurs across rural regions. With limited access to human mentors, the entrepreneurs were struggling to build their businesses.
Our AI Solution: A core AI mentor linked with multiple specialist bots for aspects like finance, marketing, distribution etc. In-built into the solution are context-relevant tools such as human escalation path, multilingual audio support, data monitoring and tracking, intelligence for business decision making.
Impact: 24×7 support coverage with custom responses, mentor’s active support time doubled, positive engagement and satisfaction, growth in business
Grading Assistant
Context: A biology department with ~150 students struggled to get timely feedback for written assignments; grading consumed >200 staff hours mid-semester.
Our AI Solution: We integrated an LLM-powered grading tool similar to models investigated at University of Ljubljana and Basingstoke College. Automated rubric-based scoring of essay responses, instant feedback through LMS integration, human overview layer to check edge cases.
Impact: ~80% reduction in grading time, feedback time cut down enabling students to absorb more, faculty report greater time for personalized guidance, and teaching practices.
