About

A space held by people
who believe thoughtful design
leads to richer learning.

We come from different fields. We've worked in different domains. What connects us is a shared restlessness — and a belief that the gap between how learning happens and how it could happen is worth closing.

A design and innovation
space for education.
Built from the inside out.

We are obsessed with different aspects of education and learning. You may find us everywhere — designing institutions, building programmes, executing practices, managing culture, researching, observing, and making.

The people here are architects, strategists, designers, researchers, engineers, policy workers. None of us arrived at education through a straight line. Most of us arrived because something about how young people are prepared for the world kept nagging at us — or because a teacher once showed us what learning could feel like.

We believe education serves a larger purpose — foundational to how people develop, to whether they feel capable, whether they can contribute, whether they find meaning in what they do. That belief is what holds this space together.

Good education opens hearts and minds. It gives people meaning and purpose — not just qualifications.

Experimentation is essential. You have to be willing to fail — and keep trying anyway.

You have to work directly with young people. We don't design from a distance.

Interdisciplinary thinking isn't a nice-to-have. In education, it's the whole point.

This work is never finished. We don't always get it right — and we think that honesty matters.

Still forming.
Deliberately so.

We're a small, evolving group. What holds us together isn't a shared CV — it's a shared orientation. Curious about education. Committed to doing work that's genuinely useful. Willing to get their hands dirty.

Some people here have worked together for years. Some arrived more recently, through projects, through chance conversations, through a pull toward the same questions. The group is open — and it's meant to be.

There is definitely space here for the right people.

Ways people work with us

Partners & Clients

Founders, institutions, and organisations who want to design or redesign how education works in their context. We work with partners and clients in mid to long-term relationships.

Fellows & Residents

Senior practitioners from related fields who collaborate with us deeply for a specific duration — to research, lead, advise, showcase developments, or bring a perspective we don't already have.

Long-term Collaborators

Designers, researchers, technologists, writers, gamers, subject matter experts — people from different walks of life who want to engage more consistently and hands-on on problems in education.

Interns & Explorers

Students and early-career people from any background who want to build, research, and figure out what education needs next. We take this seriously — interns here do real work.

The people

Who's here right now.

This is a growing group. Each person here comes from a different direction — and brings something the others don't.

Education & Strategy

Garima Aggarwal

Education Design · Communications · Strategy

Has spent years working across institutions, programmes, and systems — always returning to the same question: how do we build environments where young people genuinely thrive? Draws on a multidisciplinary background spanning education design, communications, strategy, and the startup world.

Design & Strategy

Joseph Rajni Asir

Visual Design · Strategy · NID · Sustain Labs Paris

Visual designer, strategist, and deep thinker. Has experienced the kind of education this space tries to build — and now helps build it. Brings rigour, a genuine teaching instinct, and a rare ability to make complex things land clearly.

Policy & Systems

Akhil Neelam

Gender Equality · Public Policy · UC Berkeley

Has done substantial work on gender equality in India, including with government. Currently pursuing an MBA at UC Berkeley. Smart, grounded, and genuinely interested in meaningful change — which is exactly why he's here.

Operations & Student Experience

Rohan Chougale

Civil Engineering · Student Services · Institution Building

Understands institutions from the inside — how they actually run, what students need, how things get done. Spent years building and running student services at a design university. Strong on execution, stronger on relationships.

Learning & Play

Prateek Nag

Industry · Games · Future Skills

Grew up around IIT, has worked at DuPont for years, and has a mind that has never stayed in one lane. Drawn to games and to the question of how you build skills that actually matter — in ways that people actually enjoy.

Technology & Educational Games

Jeevitesh

AR/VR · Design · Educational Games

Working at the intersection of immersive technology and education. Currently building educational games — asking what learning looks like when the environment itself is designed to be engaging, not just instructive.
